Taking the pulse of healthcare with the 2022 Benefits Canada Survey

iA Financial Group is once again a proud Platinum sponsor of the Benefits Canada Healthcare Survey. This is an annual large-scale survey conducted among 1,000 group insurance plan members and 550 plan sponsors from across the country. The results of the survey are useful to better understand employees’ perceptions of their healthcare plan and the impact of the workplace on their health.

The full report was released on September 21 during a webinar with expert speakers sharing their analysis of the survey results. In the report, we learn that 77% of plan members describe their healthcare plans as good or excellent in 2022, an increase of 9% compared to 2020. We also learn that 91% of people feel satisfied with their jobs when their employer offers a culture based on wellness, compared to 56% for people whose employer hasn’t adopted that type of culture.
