A new tool kit to facilitate return to the workplace

iA Financial Group will soon provide you with a new tool kit to ease the transition back to the workplace.

This new tool kit, which will be available in December, will include best practices, tips and resources to help you establish the parameters of your new workplace normality and foster the overall well-being of your employees in this particular context.

 Based on a recent survey, 57% of Canadian employers anticipate a return to the workplace by early 2022.1

The tool kit will cover several topics, including:

  • Establishing an effective action plan
  • Proactively managing mental health of employees
  • Helping employees take care of their health
  • Helping reduce financial stress for employees
