New partnership with Dialogue to offer virtual healthcare 24/7

During a time when staying at home remains the best thing to do as a collective effort to prevail over the COVID-19, we are committed to facilitating access to health-care for your plan members. Therefore, we are pleased to have Dialogue, a Canadian leader in telemedicine, as a valued partner.

Dialogue is a platform meant for the entire family, allowing plan members to communicate with healthcare professionals from anywhere, at any time. This confidential service, available online or on a mobile device, includes a wide variety of services such as:

  • Live chat with nurses
  • Secure video consultations with physicians and mental health professionals
  • Prescription renewals and free medication delivery
  • Specialist referrals when medically indicated
  • Blood test requests

With Dialogue, it is thus possible to virtually treat up to 70% of minor medical problems that would normally require a visit to a clinic, and then avoid several hours of waiting time. If the medical condition necessitates a physical exam, Dialogue will help book an appointment in a nearby clinic.

Free of charge until July 31, 2020

If you have extended health benefit and wish to add virtual healthcare to your group benefits package, you will be eligible for a preferred rate. In addition, by committing to maintain access to Dialogue for a 12-month period, you will take advantage of the service free of charge until July 31, 2020.
