2019 taxes: producing the list of health and dental care expenses
As with every tax season, many plan members will contact our Customer Service to find out how to get their list of health and dental care expenses.
These expenses represent the difference between the amounts submitted and the amounts reimbursed, in other words, what your employees have paid out of their pocket.
We remind you that this list is available in My Client Space and iA Mobile.
Communicate the information
We have prepared a document for your employees that shows where they can find the list of expenses. We invite you to forward this document to make things easier for them.
