An additional support initiative during the pandemic

To further support you during these unprecedented times, and to reflect the fact that dental care is currently limited to emergencies, we will grant a credit equivalent to 60% of fully insured¹ dental care benefits premiums for the month of April 2020. This credit will appear on June’s invoice produced on May 20. As the situation will be monitored closely, the application of this credit will be reviewed on a monthly basis.

Groups that are self-administered or administered through a third-party administrator (TPA) are eligible for the credit. However, timing for the credit will depend on the billing practices of the TPA or self-administered group.
