As an Associate, Structured Products you will play a key role in supporting the structured notes business with a primary focus on reviewing structured notes documentation and transaction materials for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with approved product terms, internal requirements, and established processes.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As an Associate, Structured Products you’ll be at the core of our mission.
Here are the main responsibilities:
Documentation Review and Quality Assurance: Review structured notes documentation and related transaction materials, including term sheets, offering documents, pricing supplements, internal summaries, and trade details, to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with approved product terms and internal standards.
Transaction Support and Coordination: Support the transaction pipeline by coordinating documentation, setup, review steps, approvals, and follow-ups with internal teams and external issuer partners.
Data Integrity and Database Management: Maintain structured notes transaction data and ensure internal databases, trackers, and records accurately reflect reviewed documentation and final product terms.
Internal and Advisor Support: Support responses to advisor and internal stakeholder inquiries by helping confirm product details, documentation status, and transaction information.
Operational Coordination: Coordinate with operations, compliance, legal, technology, and other internal partners to support transaction setup, onboarding, documentation workflows, and issue resolution.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve documentation review checklists, controls, workflow efficiency, data quality, and automation across the structured notes issuance process.
Product and Business Support: Assist with structured notes product information, internal reporting, and materials that support advisor education, product awareness, and distribution efforts.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 2–4 years of experience in financial services, capital markets, structured finance, operations, compliance, legal documentation, or another role involving detailed review of financial, legal, or transactional documents
Has experience reviewing legal, financial, investment, or transactional documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Is recognized for their strong attention to detail and ability to review complex documents accurately and efficiently
Stands out for their strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partner
Is known for their interest in applying AI-enabled tools, checklists, and workflow improvements to support accurate, consistent, and efficient documentation review
Demonstrates strong strong understanding of financial markets and investment products, with an interest in structured note
