As an Administrator, Group Savings and Retirement, you will play a key role in analyzing and processing transactions related to the lifecycle of group savings accounts (e.g., RRSPs, DPSPs, TFSAs, non-registered plans, RRIFs, LIFs, annuities, pension plans, and retirement savings plans), while ensuring compliance with applicable rules and legislation.

What You Will Accomplish With Us
As an Administrator, Group Savings and Retirement, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing client transactions using internal systems, from account opening to closure, while ensuring compliance with plan rules and applicable legislation
- Communicating effectively with clients and internal business partners, both verbally and in writing
- Maintaining a high level of productivity, accuracy, and organization
- Meeting financial deadlines and compliance requirements
- Reviewing and validating non-financial transactions completed by colleagues
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring proper follow-up
- Analyzing straightforward requests and escalating them to specialists when required
- Preparing reports and tax slips
- Processing accounting entries
- Receiving, organizing, and managing incoming paper mail, including cheques
What Will Help You Succeed in This Role
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a college diploma in Financial Services, Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Has at least one year of experience in a similar or related role
- Is recognized for their attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrates strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Shows a high level of adaptability and learning agility
- Is known for delivering outstanding customer service and strong communication skills
- Has a beginner level of English proficiency, as the role involves responding to emails and communicating daily with English-speaking clients and colleagues
- Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as group savings products (considered an asset)
