What You’ll Accomplish with Us
As a Young Professional, Student, or Intern, you may contribute to:
Front Office
Portfolio Management
- Conduct security, sector, and asset class analyses;
- Participate in the management of diversified portfolios, including private debt, fixed income, private and public equity, and infrastructure investments;
- Develop and program valuation, optimization, and simulation models.
Asset Allocation
- Contribute to the management of global multi-asset portfolios, including equities, fixed income, currencies, and commodities;
- Support investment decisions through rigorous macroeconomic and quantitative analysis.
Middle Office
- Participate in securities valuation and reporting processes;
- Analyze the performance of investment mandates;
- Contribute to the identification, assessment, and modeling of investment risks;
- Recommend performance indicators and support process improvement initiatives.

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Economics, or Actuarial Science;
- Demonstrates a strong interest in financial markets and the investment industry;
- Is proficient in Microsoft Excel;
- Stands out for analytical rigor and critical thinking skills;
- Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity and a continuous desire to learn;
- Is recognized for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams;
- Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role requires daily interaction with unilingual English-speaking clients, participation in team meetings, delivery of presentations, and preparation of emails for stakeholders and partners across global financial markets;
- Has knowledge of programming tools such as R, Python, or SQL (an asset);
- Holds or is pursuing at least one recognized professional designation such as CFA, CIPM, or FRM (an asset).

The typical hiring range for this position is $23.50 to $36.50 CAD per hour. The base salary offered varies depending on years of study and the position status (student or intern).
