In her role as Manager, Group Insurance Products at iA Financial Group, Caroline Fillion, FSA, FCIA, is responsible for group product development.
A specialist in group retirement savings plans and employee benefits, she joined iA Financial Group in 2021. An actuary by training, she held positions as an analyst and consultant in consulting firms, before joining the pension and benefits team of a major publicly traded company.
Today, she leads a team of specialists who develop and evolve the organization's group insurance products.
