iA Financial Group Completes the Redemption of its 2.64% Subordinated Debentures due February 23, 2027

Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. today announced that it has completed the previously announced redemption of its 2.64% Subordinated Debentures due February 23 2027 (the “Debentures”) pursuant to the notice of redemption sent to registered holders of Debentures on January 20, 2022.

These debentures represent a principal amount of $250 million. Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. has paid a redemption amount of $1,013.20 for each $1,000 principal amount of Debentures, being equal to the aggregate of (i) $1,000 and (ii) all accrued and unpaid interest.
