As a Manager, Exclusive Services, you will play a key role in delivering proactive and personalized service to our clients and sales force. You will act as a facilitator between administrative teams and various internal and external partners, including Managing General Agencies (MGAs) and reinsurers.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team comprised of complex case analysts, universal life insurance analysts, and reinsurance administration technicians. You will also serve as a key resource for the sales force and distribution partners to maintain strong business relationships and gather valuable feedback.

What You'll Accomplish With Us
As a Manager, Exclusive Services, you will be at the core of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively overseeing the progress of administration cases, including transactions, policy changes, and requests processed through IRIS, originating from advisors and Exclusive Services clients;
- Coordinating and maintaining follow-ups with internal and external partners, including MGAs, Sales Directors, and advisors;
- Providing support on decisions, processes, and ad hoc issues to facilitate the advancement of complex cases;
- Meeting regularly with members of the sales force to maintain an up-to-date understanding of processes and business needs;
- Promoting the adoption of electronic tools related to business processes and administrative guidelines among MGAs;
- Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement within administrative operations based on partner feedback;
- Approving transaction requests involving significant financial risk, up to $1,000,000;
- Engaging, coaching, and supporting the development of a multidisciplinary team;
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with internal partners, the sales force, and distribution partners;

- Holds a bachelor's degree in business administration or another relevant field;
- Has a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience;
- Has experience supervising employees, coordinating activities, or providing customer service (an asset);
- Has knowledge of individual insurance products and systems (an asset);
- Possesses a solid understanding of the financial services industry;
- This role involves supervising employees across Canada and collaborating with MGAs and sales force partners nationwide. As part of these responsibilities, French is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders whose primary working language is French;

The typical hiring range for this position is between $96,861 and $139,208 per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
