Reporting to the Director, IT Service Delivery, SAEC Platform, you will be responsible for a portfolio of assets and strategic initiatives, including NBO and HRIS. You will oversee solution delivery, asset health, roadmap evolution, and the engagement of the multidisciplinary teams that contribute to their success.

What You'll Accomplish With Us

As a Manager, IT Solutions Delivery, Go-to-Market and Digital Solutions, SAEC Platform, you will be at the core of our mission. Key responsibilities include:

• Define the vision and priorities of the sector in alignment with the SAEC Platform's strategic direction;
• Build, engage, and develop a high-performing team by fostering autonomy, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning;
• Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning;
• Be accountable for the delivery of initiatives and the performance of NBO and HRIS assets, including their evolution, stability, security, and sustainability;
• Define and execute technology roadmaps while balancing priorities, capacity, risks, costs, and dependencies;
• Enhance delivery practices to increase quality, predictability, execution speed, and business value;
• Act as a strategic partner to business sectors and ensure alignment between business priorities, technology strategies, and enterprise architecture;
• Contribute to strategic planning, portfolio management, and governance activities by supporting decision-making through meaningful metrics;
• Integrate artificial intelligence into delivery activities and evolve delivery models toward AI-driven execution supported by intelligent automation;
• Experiment with "tiny teams" and other innovative approaches that enable small, autonomous, multidisciplinary teams to maximize their impact;
• Anticipate trends, challenge the status quo, and transform promising ideas into tangible results;

We're looking for someone who:

• Is known for their strategic leadership and ability to build, engage, and develop high-performing teams;
• Stands out for their ability to influence without formal authority and build strong partnerships with business sectors, technology leaders, and executive stakeholders;
• Demonstrates a strong ability to translate complex priorities into clear roadmaps, balance risks, costs, and delivery capacity, and achieve meaningful results;
• Is recognized for their modern approach to solution delivery and strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and innovative approaches such as "tiny teams";
• Has more than 10 years of experience combining information technology, solution delivery, and leadership, including at least 5 years in a management role;
• Has an advanced level of proficiency in both French and English, as the incumbent will collaborate daily, both verbally and in writing, with English-speaking partners, teams, and stakeholders located across Canada and internationally;
