Quality Control - 65%:you'll review contracts (auto warranties) for accuracy. These contracts have been sold to our customers through auto dealerships. You'll process the contracts in our system.
Customer service - 20%:assist with calls supporting the customer service team, as needed. You'll also be the point of contact for auto dealership employees calling in with questions related to the contracts.
Collections - 10%:you'll follow up on any past due contracts.
Who you are:interested in business and have at least two years of office experience with a high school diploma or GED!
