How your role contributes to the success of the business The F&I Sales Representative position is responsible for managing relationships with key dealership personnel, implementing processes/procedures, assisting in claims, and generating profit for the dealership and iA American. You’ll work from home and reside anywhere in our territory including New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.
Day in the Life
Prospect for new dealership accounts.
Maintain a professional working relationship with key dealership employees.
Implement/ install a sales process that drives dealer profitability with great CSI.
Meet with dealership accounts on a consistent basis.
Notify key dealership personnel prior to each visit to discuss the agenda.
Generate weekly/ monthly detailed reports outlining production and income.
Train dealership personnel on sales process and objection handling.
Train dealership personnel on the claims process and assist with any open claims.
Meet with the accounting department on every visit to assist with remits and make sure contracts are submitted before the cutoff.
At least three years of experience working for a dealership or agency as an F&I leader.
Travel: out in the field 4-5 days a week; 30% overnights
