Under the supervision of the team leader the Modification Technician for the individual insurance division will be responsible for:
Processing policy changes as per agent/ client requests.
Corresponding on Business tracker with advisor.
Corresponding on urgent cases with internal partners.
Qualifications
- General college degree/diploma is required. 2-3 years of relevant industry experience will be preferred
- Experience of working in an Insurance Administration division or an MGA will be an asset.
- High organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Keen Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of life insurance will be preferred.
- Computer skills is required.
Salary: starting from $46,000
