What you'll accomplish with us
As an Advisor, Promotion and communication, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel promotion, communication, and go-to-market plans;
- Produce and coordinate advertising campaigns, mass email communications, and promotional content in both digital and print formats;
- Plan, write, and distribute communications tailored to various audiences, including emails, articles, and presentations;
- Define key messages and ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all communications;
- Integrate content into platforms, optimize distribution lists and communication calendars, and oversee production timelines and deliverables;
- Analyze campaign and communication performance, including advanced use of Excel, and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement;
- Actively contribute to the evolution of marketing and communication practices through automation, personalization, and extensive use of artificial intelligence;
- Participate in change management initiatives related to products, tools, and business processes;
- Plan and coordinate marketing and sales events, including logistics, advisor experience initiatives, customer engagement activities, and related documentation.

We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Possesses excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines;
- Has strong analytical abilities, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset;
- Has 10 or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field;
- Holds a bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or a related discipline;
- Has advanced proficiency with Excel and marketing tools such as HubSpot and Power BI;
- Demonstrates a strong interest in artificial intelligence and the ability to integrate AI into day-to-day work practices;
- Possesses a solid understanding of marketing practices and market dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency in French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats with French-speaking colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
- Advanced level of English proficiency is required, as the incumbent will be expected to read, understand, and draft numerous business documents, participate in meetings, and collaborate with English-speaking sales teams on a daily basis.
