What you'll accomplish with us

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Lead medium- and large-scale strategic initiatives aimed at improving organizational performance and supporting growth;
  • Plan and oversee initiatives under your responsibility while ensuring objectives, expected benefits, and desired results are achieved;
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact successful delivery;
  • Prepare analyses, recommendations, and progress reports to support informed decision-making;
  • Evaluate organizational impacts and ensure alignment with strategic and operational priorities;
  • Partner with leaders and teams to understand business challenges, clarify requirements, assess options, and recommend appropriate solutions;
  • Develop a strong understanding of operations, processes, and business issues to ensure relevant and effective solutions;
  • Analyze complex situations, identify root causes, remove roadblocks, advance initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline;
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience leading projects or complex initiatives;
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen and a genuine interest in understanding operations, processes, and organizational challenges;
  • Possesses an enterprise-wide perspective and the ability to assess impacts beyond their immediate area of responsibility;
  • Is recognized for their leadership and ability to engage, influence, and build alignment among stakeholders at all levels;
  • Has the ability to bring together different viewpoints and facilitate decision-making in complex environments;
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, autonomy, and comfort making decisions in ambiguous situations;
  • Has excellent French communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exercises sound judgment and autonomy, has excellent verbal and written French communication skills, and, as assets, holds a PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM I, or CSM certification, or has experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
