What you will accomplish with us
As a Customer Service Agent – Automobile Claims, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming calls, inform clients about next steps, and transfer calls when required;
- Review claims requests received by email and open them in the UNIFIE system after validating the contract;
- Follow up with dealerships;
- Provide information on contract coverages to clients and dealerships;
- Make telephone reservations for short-term replacement vehicles.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service;
- Is recognized for their rigor and attention to detail;
- Stands out for their ability to manage stress and effectively prioritize when handling a high volume of requests;
- Demonstrates strong proactivity and teamwork skills;
- Is comfortable with computer tools and learning new software;
- Has experience and/or knowledge in insurance and/or claims management (an asset);
- Has an advanced level of proficiency in French, as the role involves handling a variety of calls, emails, reservations, and claims documents in French, as well as frequent daily interactions with unilingual French-speaking colleagues and clients;
- Has an advanced level of proficiency in English, as the role involves handling a variety of calls, emails, reservations, and claims documents in English, as well as frequent daily interactions with unilingual English-speaking colleagues and clients across Canada.
