As a Telephone Claims Agent, Assistance and Indemnity, you will play a key role as a frontline representative for insured clients calling to file a claim, consistently providing exceptional service.
In this role, you will take full charge of glass breakage claims and handle incoming calls and follow-ups required to progress home insurance claims files. Your rigor, service orientation, and ability to reassure clients will have a direct impact on their experience and peace of mind.

The position may also require an evening and Saturday schedule, depending on operational needs.
What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Telephone Claims Agent, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Supporting insured clients with their home insurance claims.
Assigning the necessary emergency responders in the system.
Taking charge of claims from start to finish.
Handling calls from providers, third‑party insurers, and requests related to roadside assistance.
Making follow-up calls on claim files to support adjusters.
Updating file information after each call to ensure quick follow-ups.

Has experience in customer service or a related field (an asset).
Holds a high school diploma.
Has an advanced level of English, as the person will regularly handle calls from English-speaking clients.
Has an advanced level of French, as the person will regularly handle calls from French-speaking clients.
