What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Modification Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsabilities:

  • Processing policy changes as per agent/ client requests
  • Corresponding on Business tracker with advisor
  • Corresponding on urgent cases with internal partners

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a general college degree/diploma
  • Has experience of working in a Insurance Administration division or an MGA, an asset
  • Is known for their ability to prioritise effectively
  • Stands out for their high organizational skills
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of life insurance, an asset
  • Is recognized for their computer skills
  • Has keen attention to detail
  • Has 2-3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Advanced level of English and French, as the position involves participating in meetings in both languages, responding to emails, and drafting documentation in English and French with internal anglophone and francophone partners on a daily basis.
