What you will accomplish with us
As a Transaction Technician, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
Applying client premium checks to their respective policies
Processing changes in client files (e.g., beneficiary, payment method, etc.) in the Workflow system
Managing bank rejections
Processing premium billing transactions
Regularizing policies to activate them
Performing daily tasks according to team needs
What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a college diploma (DEC)
Has experience in an insurance administration department or at an MGA (an asset)
Is recognized for strong organizational and analytical skills
Stands out for the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Demonstrates great attention to detail and thoroughness in task execution
Has proficiency with required computer tools
Has 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar field
Has beginner-level English proficiency, as the role involves writing emails and documentation in English for internal English-speaking partners on a daily basis
