This would avoid your claim being denied since expenses incurred with providers whose business practices do not meet our standards are not covered by your group insurance.
How to make a claim

Ask your healthcare provider if they offer electronic claims submission. If so, present your group benefit card at time of payment. Download the iA Mobile app to access your card directly on your cellphone.
