What are unique identifiers?
- Unique identifiers refer to your username and password.
- Once your account has been updated, you can use these credentials to access your various iA client spaces without having to manage multiple accounts.
Why do I see an additional step when signing in?
As part of this transition, you may see an additional step when signing in. This step allows you to:
Confirm or update your username
Choose a password
Consolidate your access under a single set of unique identifiers
- This step is normal and required to activate your unique identifiers.
- It only needs to be completed once.
