As a Project Manager, Artificial Intelligence & Data (AI & Data), you will play a key role in leading and overseeing complex projects with significant organizational impact, involving both business and IT components. • Establish streamlined, decision-focused governance by clarifying roles, decision-making authority, and escalation mechanisms, and facilitate steering committees and progress reviews with a focus on risks, roadblocks, and required decisions.
  • Oversee resource, cost, and schedule planning while adapting to changing priorities and maintaining overall visibility into capacity, critical dependencies, and financial considerations.
  • Lead and engage multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment, organize planning, monitoring, and retrospective activities, and foster autonomy, collaboration, operational excellence, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage simultaneous deliveries in an iterative environment, contribute to the evolution of agile and hybrid practices, measure and improve delivery predictability, and identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies by implementing appropriate action plans.
  • Produce data-driven progress reports for senior management that support action and decision-making, using performance visualization and tracking tools such as ADO, LeanKit/Planview AgilePlace, and Power BI.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, project management, or another relevant field, or has equivalent work experience.
  • Has more than 8 years of project management experience and significant experience working in scaled agile or hybrid environments, including SAFe, Kanban at scale, or Lean Portfolio Management, as well as multi-team coordination, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Is recognized for their ability to establish robust governance, manage changing priorities, and navigate ambiguity with ease.
  • Has experience leading and engaging multidisciplinary teams in matrix environments and is proficient with planning, tracking, and performance visualization tools.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about artificial intelligence and Generative AI and their application to improving delivery practices.
  • Has excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
