- Act as a cross-functional catalyst: Foster collaboration across teams, build bridges between areas of expertise, and maintain a holistic, results-oriented perspective.
- Promote and influence the adoption of business solutions: Support partners and distribution networks through advisory and communication activities by making solutions understandable, relevant, and aligned with their operational realities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and monitor industry trends: Maintain an active awareness of trends in the insurance and individual savings sectors and contribute to the development of team members by sharing best practices and market insights.
- Contribute to the evolution of practices: Maintain and enhance business architecture frameworks and share your expertise to support the team’s development.
