What You Will Accomplish with Us
As a Student - New Business Administrator, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Validate approved policies to ensure compliance prior to issuance;
• Submit corrections for non-compliant contracts to ensure an exemplary level of service;
• Review returned policies to validate the information entered;
• Print paper documents as requested by agents and assemble them;
• Transfer files to the appropriate teams based on the nature of the requests.

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently enrolled in a CEGEP or university program in a related field;
• Is recognized for their accuracy and attention to detail when entering and verifying data;
• Stands out for their autonomy and sense of responsibility;
• Demonstrates a strong ability to work in a changing environment;
• Has a good command of the Microsoft Office Suite;
• Has an intermediate level of English, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with unilingual English-speaking internal partners located across Canada, including the manager based in Toronto, on a daily basis.
