- Encourage the adoption of customer relationship management, planning, analytics, digital marketing, and client engagement tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for emerging and growing advisors based on their stage of development and prepare and coordinate their transition to the Regional Vice-President as their business matures in complexity and scale.
- Support regional growth priorities, campaigns, advisor development initiatives, and platform adoption; identify common needs, recommend scalable solutions, and collaborate with product, planning, marketing, training, compliance, technology, and operations teams.
- Provide regional leadership with insights into advisor needs, obstacles, and trends while reinforcing the independent and entrepreneurial culture of iA Private Wealth Management through practical support that promotes autonomy, confidence, clarity, and strong business habits.
