- Handle escalations resulting from delays, errors, or disputes related to completed analyses professionally and within required timelines, and consult the Legal team when necessary;

- Conduct peer reviews of complex financial transactions;
- Ensure the remittance of unclaimed property by analyzing accounts in the system to determine, in accordance with applicable provincial legislation, whether funds must be remitted to the government;
- Manage team tasks conducted as projects, particularly those related to unclaimed property and age 71 requirements, while adhering to strict deadlines and processes that vary according to plan types and applicable legislation;
- Support team members in processing their transactions, provide feedback regarding errors, and collaborate with them to identify solutions to recurring issues;
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues and propose solutions focused on client needs for ongoing situations;
- Oversee workflow to ensure the team meets deadlines, remove obstacles, and delegate work to team members as needed, while escalating situations to management when required.
What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role

- Is recognized for their empathy, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively;
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills;
- Intermediate level of English language proficiency required, as the incumbent will be required to understand and process information, files, and communications in English promptly with English-speaking internal and external partners on a daily basis.
