What you will accomplish with us

As a Compensation Administrator – Career Network, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
• Enter into the compensation system a variety of transactions and operations related to the payment of compensation for the sales force such as lump-sum payments, payment authorizations, the creation of savings deductions and various remittances;
• Enter changes to representatives files that have an impact on compensation;
• Perform digital archiving;
• Collaborate with other team members in the process of correcting commission transactions;
• Follow up on files related to contracting agents and collaborate with external partners to obtain the required information.

We are looking for a person who:
• Is recognized for their attention to detail and proactivity;
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills;
• Has 2 years of experience in administration, accounting or a related field;
• Holds a diploma in a relevant field.
