What you will accomplish with us
As a Student – Associate, Consultant Support, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize client documentation, reports, and meeting documents for the consultants ;

• Provide assistance in processing account openings, asset transfers, changes in investments, and beneficiary updates ;

• Ensure the accuracy and updating of client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) and financial planning software ;

• Process participant requests in our administrative systems ;

• Ensure operational efficiency and process improvement.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently studying at the college or university in a related field ;

• Is recognized for collaboration within a team ;

• Stands out for their organizational and administrative skills ;

• Demonstrates strong ability to effectively manage multiple tasks ;

• Is known for their strong sense of analysis ;

• Has proficiency in French and an advanced level of knowledge of the English language, as the person will be required to communicate, in the execution of administrative tasks, with internal English-speaking colleagues as well as with unilingual English-speaking external stakeholders, by email and by phone on a daily basis ;

• Knowledge of group retirement plans, wealth management, or the insurance field (asset) ;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, such as Salesforce, etc., and the ability to quickly learn how new software or new technologies function (asset).
