What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Manager, Group Underwriting and Contract Administration, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
  • Leads, coaches, and develops a team handling group underwriting and contract administration
  • Oversees new business underwriting, renewals, implementations, and rate decisions within authority limits
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of system setup to support billing, reinsurance, and commissions
  • Owns development and maintenance of group policy contracts and TPA agreements
  • Oversees Third Party Administrators (TPAs) across underwriting, administration, billing, and claims
  • Ensures compliance with CLHIA guidelines, legislation, and internal risk frameworks
  • Reviews and approves marketing materials for compliance and contract accuracy
  • Plays an active role on the Special Markets leadership team, contributing to divisional strategy and annual goals
