What you will accomplish with us

As a Salesforce Data Operations Intern, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Support Salesforce data clean-up and remediation efforts, including identifying duplicate, outdated, or missing records.
• Scrape and review external websites to verify advisor, dealer, and location information.
• Validate Salesforce data with sales teams and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare structured data files and documentation packages for Salesforce updates.
• Document clean-up processes, validation rules, and assumptions used during the data review.

• Is currently enrolled in a university or college program (e.g., Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science).
• Is recognized for their strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large datasets.
• Stands out for their ability to research and validate information from multiple online sources.
• Demonstrates strong written communication skills for documentation and summaries.
• Is known for being curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed.
