What you will accomplish with us

As a System Analyst Intern – Financial Reporting, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Participating in meetings with internal partners to understand their objectives and business needs, and helping clarify requests by asking questions and validating assumptions with the team.

• Contributing to the preparation of simple documentation (definitions, calculation rules, data sources) to support deliverables.

• Helping design, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards, primarily within the Oracle environment (OTBI, BI Publisher, FR Studio), as well as in Excel and occasionally Power BI.

• Testing reports, identifying and documenting issues, collaborating on the implementation of fixes, and validating changes to ensure data quality and consistency.

• Collaborating with the team to present analyses, suggest improvement opportunities, apply data visualization best practices, and create short procedures or job aids for users.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration (accounting, finance, or management information systems) or a related field, and demonstrates a strong interest in data.

• Is comfortable manipulating data and producing analyses using Excel and BI tools or equivalent solutions.

• Demonstrates solid foundations in data analysis as well as an interest in financial concepts (revenues, expenses, budgets, performance indicators).

• Stands out for their rigor, organization, attention to detail, customer focus, and collaborative mindset.

• Has an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the role requires daily written and virtual communication with unilingual English-speaking internal partners.

• Has knowledge of SQL or data extraction and transformation tools such as Power Query (considered an asset).
