What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Senior IT Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Understand, analyze, document, and support partners and users in clarifying their needs.

  • Conduct thorough and rigorous analyses, supported by data-driven insights, and formulate pragmatic recommendations in compliance with established standards, rules, and guidelines.

  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends, significant gaps, and root causes of identified issues.

  • Actively contribute to resolving operational challenges and propose solutions aimed at continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.

  • Collaborate closely with team members and various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables and services throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

  • Actively participate in team activities (ceremonies, Definition of Done, etc.), as well as in production deployments and post-implementation support.

  • Diagnose, resolve, and document incidents or issues related to the proper functioning of solutions, ensuring structured and rigorous follow-up.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their strong command of Lean/Agile principles, as well as their ability to apply them effectively in a collaborative work environment.

  • Stands out for their analytical, coordination, and collaboration skills, enabling them to handle complex situations and actively contribute to team efforts.

  • Demonstrates strong communication, writing, and facilitation skills, along with a proven ability to clearly transfer knowledge to diverse audiences.

  • Is recognized for their professionalism, curiosity, autonomy, and rigor, while maintaining healthy working relationships with stakeholders from various sectors and hierarchical levels, and demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning.

  • Holds a college diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Administration, or another relevant field of equivalent level, along with 15 years of experience in a similar role.

Has an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the role requires communication and collaboration with unilingual English-speaking external vendors and IT experts, particularly during meetings, contract follow-ups, and service-related exchanges on a monthly basis. Please note that the internal team communicates daily in French.
