What you will accomplish with us

As a Training & Curriculum Development Student, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, and updating of training materials and learning content for advisors and internal teams.
  • Assist in researching, organizing, and simplifying content related to financial planning, practice management, and growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation of written, visual, and multimedia learning materials for digital and live training initiatives.
  • Support the preparation, coordination, and continuous improvement of live and recorded training sessions.
  • Gather and summarize feedback, survey results, and basic metrics to support the evaluation and improvement of training and curriculum initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently an undergraduate student in business administration, education, or any related field.
  • Is recognized for their strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy.
  • Stands out for their clear communication skills, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams, with a keen interest in adult learning and continuous improvement.
  • Has advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, as the candidate will be required to draft and translate documentation in French and communicate with French-speaking colleagues daily.
  • Has advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as the candidate will be required to draft and translate documentation in English and communicate with English-speaking colleagues daily.
  • Is familiar with the Office suite.
  • Is familiar with tools such as Articulate Rise (an asset).
