What you will accomplish with us
As a Product Oversight Analyst (Intern), you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Assisting in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Preparing analytical due‑diligence reports in advance of manager interviews
- Participating in portfolio manager due diligence and committee meetings, and summarizing key findings
- Supporting portfolio manager searches for new mandates and contributing to product streamlining and enhancement recommendations
- Collaborating with team members on various projects as needed
- Conducting research using industry tools such as Morningstar Direct

We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program in commerce, finance, or a related field
- Is recognized for their exceptional attention to detail, their communication and their organizational skills
- Stands out for their strong analytical capabilities
- Is known for their collaborative, team‑oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Has advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
- Has experience or familiarity with Morningstar Direct (asset)
- Enjoys using AI tools to support analysis and productivity (asset)
- Shows a demonstrated interest in investment management, mutual funds, or alternative investments (asset)

The typical hiring range for this position in Ontario is $23 to $26 CAD per hour; the base salary offered varies according to years of studies.
