What you’ll accomplish with us
As a
Business Analyst Intern, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding, analyzing, and documenting partner and user needs, while contributing to the documentation of existing processes;

  • Conducting thorough, evidence-based analyses and providing recommendations aligned with established standards;

  • Reviewing data and reports to identify trends, gaps, and root causes of issues;

  • Contributing to the resolution of operational challenges and proposing solutions to improve processes;

  • Supporting partners and users throughout the delivery process and collaborating with the team to implement concrete, measurable solutions.

What will help you succeed in this role
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;

  • Is required to complete a university-accredited internship in Winter 2026;

  • Is known for their curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and strong analytical thinking;

  • Demonstrates a strong desire for continuous learning;

  • Excels at building positive working relationships with stakeholders across various departments and levels, and values interaction with internal partners and users;

  • Stands out for their knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and ability to apply them in a team-oriented context (an asset).
