Your mission:
You will support clients in integrating the automated data exchange solution while collaborating daily with various stakeholders.
More specifically, you will be expected to:
- Lead exploratory kickoff calls, present to clients, and ensure post-integration follow-up
- Design and monitor the integration plan to coordinate production deployment, ensuring proper documentation
- Explain and simplify digital tool solutions
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the integration process
- Confirm business needs with the client and adapt the proposed solution accordingly
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and maintain appropriate documentation
- Prepare data mapping tables based on business needs, create test cases, and coordinate validation with the configuration specialist and the client
- Perform quality assurance on work done by less experienced colleagues
- Handle data files in various formats
- Recommend improvements and contribute to team objectives
Your professional background includes:
- A university degree (Bachelor’s) in business administration, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of group insurance plans (an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced English proficiency, as you will lead workshops with English-speaking clients and vendors, and handle all email and phone interactions with them daily. You will be the main point of contact from project initiation to delivery.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Key competencies: autonomy, negotiation, analysis and synthesis, initiative, sense of responsibility and priorities, ability to build and maintain strong relationships
