The Talent Management team is looking for an experienced HR professional who is interested in seizing an opportunity for development in a new expertise: Performance appraisal and succession planning.

This leadership role in our team is an opportunity to have a direct impact on cross-corporate practices that directly support the organization's strategy and priorities.

We are looking for someone who has had the opportunity to develop skills in advising, influencing, and communicating to oversee the implementation of two strategic and interrelated business processes that support the organization's strategy.In addition to ensuring the smooth running of the processes, you will have a key role to play in the evolution of these practices.

Specifically, your daily tasks will be to:

• Coordinate and implement corporate processes for performance appraisal and succession planning (talent reviews);

• Monitor best practices and propose a strategy consistent with them and the organizational context;

• Ensure alignment between these two processes and organizational priorities, such as culture, skills development, etc.;

• Ensure overall planning and take charge of reporting at different governance levels;

• Collaborate with Talent and Culture business partners to implement strategy and support in business areas;

• Coordinate executive succession planning activities and lead round-table discussions with senior management;

• Coordinate the portfolio of deliverables from the annual processes within the team;

• Coordinate the deployment of these practices and processes to new business units or subsidiaries;

• Act as the lead (process owner) for process improvement projects.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any other relevant discipline;

• 10 years of relevant HR experience;

• Good analytical, organizational, and workload prioritization skills;

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively at the strategic level, as well as present ideas and information to members of upper management teams;

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and presentation skills;

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to coach colleagues;

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;

• Demonstrated initiative and proactivity, willing to go beyond what is requested;

• Advanced knowledge of French and English, spoken and written, as the role will involve strategic interactions with all business lines of the organization on a regular basis as well as leading round-table discussions with senior management;

• Knowledge of the features of Workday's "Talents" suite is an asset.
