Our team is looking for motivated individuals who want to contribute to best practices in customer service, all without having to carry out solicitation or sales tasks!
Your career at iA Financial Group begins with a 5-week paid training course with access to a trainer and coach at all times to guide your development.
Your training covers the following topics:

  • Mastering best phone and e-mail practices for optimal customer experience.
  • Discovering and learning about insurance products and financial services.
  • Resolving complex cases.
  • Mastering software and work tools required for this position.

What we offer:

  • Minimum hourly wage starting at $25 based on your experience.
  • A 35-hour weekly schedule, ranging between 8 AM and 9:30 PM from Monday to Friday, set one month in advance for a stable work routine.
  • Telework (please note that office attendance is required at least once a month).

What you offer:

  • Available to start work on March 31, 2025.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service.
  • Advanced level of English language skills, both oral and written to interact frequently and easily with English and speaking colleagues and clients regarding insurance policies and plans, from across Canada on a daily basis.

  • At ease working with computers and software solutions.
