To get to know more people, allow me to introduce myself: I am John Di Nezza and I have several years' experience in customer service.
In the past, people would tell I that I am too honest and transparent, thinking only of my clients. That's why, in 2008, I decided to work in the financial services industry, where I am appreciated for the qualities for which, for so long, I was reproached: working hard to improve the client's situation in his or her interest.
