What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Senior Bilingual Product Manager – Dealer Services, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of initiatives, including the production of consolidated reporting to support strategic decision-making and executive visibility
- Establish and facilitate portfolio governance mechanisms to monitor priorities, risks, interdependencies, and delivery capacity
- Lead prioritization discussions and recommend trade-offs based on business value, risks, and operational constraints
- Define and refine initiative scope, objectives, and success metrics to ensure clear alignment with expected outcomes
- Ensure the quality of business requirements and acceptance criteria so they reflect measurable, value-driven results
- Maintain and align an integrated backlog based on experience priorities and business needs
- Actively manage cross-team dependencies and anticipate delivery constraints
- Contribute to the development of business cases aligned with organizational strategic priorities
- Assess business impact, feasibility, risks, and opportunity costs of initiatives
- Ensure follow-up on outcomes and value realization after delivery
- Act as a strategic liaison between business, IT, and delivery teams
- Influence senior stakeholders through structured analysis and informed recommendations
- Facilitate complex discussions involving competing priorities
- Integrate change management considerations into initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert in product and delivery practices while contributing to continuous improvement of governance models

- Is recognized for their ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders in a complex matrix environment
- Stands out for their strategic thinking and ability to prioritize based on business value
- Demonstrates strong autonomy and sound judgment in ambiguous and evolving contexts
- Is recognized for their collaborative leadership and ability to navigate cross-functional environments
- Has 5 years or more of experience in product management, initiative management, or a related role
- Has an advanced level of proficiency in English/French, as the role involves collaborating with English- and French-speaking teams, partners, and stakeholders, analyzing documentation, and participating in strategic discussions with internal and external collaborators across Canada and internationally on a regular basis
