When I joined iA in 2001, I had a clear vision: to become a leader within my agency. Right from the start, the organization supported and trained me to achieve my goals. At a time when the industry was still largely male-dominated, I was able to blaze my own trail and demonstrate that women’s leadership has its place at iA Financial Group.
