Exceptionnelle is an iA Financial Group flagship initiative dedicated to promoting leadership and supporting women in the Career network. Born of the shared vision of nine women leaders within our organization, this initiative aims to create an environment where women can not only thrive, but also become leaders in the financial security industry.
