By submitting your application to become a financial security advisor, you agree that we, iA Financial Group and its affiliates, may collect, use and disclose personal information necessary to:
- Analyze your application. Assess your skills and abilities and pursue the necessary steps in the contract application process;
- Contact you. Have the necessary information to contact you for an interview;
- Improve the contracting process. Take into account your impressions and produce statistics to improve our practices.
Under certain conditions, we may collect and disclose your personal information to service providers such as psychometric assessment firms, or any other third party, if and only if this disclosure is required as part of the contracting process or is in accordance with the law.
