How to find it
1. Log in into your group insurance fiel in My Client Space.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Make a claim.

How to get the iA Mobile app
1. Make sure you have already registered for My Client Space.
2. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, then enter your access code ans password for My Client Space.
To make informed decisions regarding your prescription drugs
This simple and efficient tool helps you to make informed prescription drug choices. Available in My Client Space and the iA Mobile app, WebRx* offers the following benefits:
- Indicates whether or not a prescription drug is covered by your plan
- Provides an estimate of the amount reimbursed according to your plan
- Helps you easily locate pharmacies in your area and compare drug prices**
- Proposes personalized purchase tips and cost-saving alternatives
How to find it
Log into your group insurance file in My Client Space
In the menu on the left, click on WebRx.
* To use WebRx, you must have prescription drug insurance coverage with iA Financial Group and have a direct or deferre drug payment card.
** WebRx users outside the province of Quebec are able to see the price of the drug they are searching for at each pharmacy found. In quebec, WebRx does not provide prices per pharmacy; instead it provides an average provincial price for each drug being searched.
Receive your reimbursement directly in your bank account
Registering for direct deposit enables you to receive reimbursements for your medical and dental care expenses directly in your bank account. With direct deposit notices, you'll receive an email to let you know your claims have been processed. You can register for both services in My Client space or the iA Mobile app.
