Your mental health is our priority
More than one in five Canadian employees (22.2%) suffer from a mental health problem that can affect their productivity, according to the Conference Board of Canada1.
This underscores the importance of taking care of our mental health and of taking the time to recognize and understand the factors that support our mental wellbeing.
We have a range of resources designed especially to help you do just that.

Taking care of loved ones
We'll also be taking advantage of World Mental Health Day, on October 10, to put out a new podcast discussing how to help loved ones dealing with mental health issues.
In the population at large, the statistics are striking: one in three people in Canada2 will experience mental illness in their lifetime. And the impacts can affect us both directly and indirectly, for example, when someone close to us is struggling with mental health issues.
In this podcast, our expert Jennifer Boudreau will look at how to take good care of others while taking good care of yourself.
Stay tuned! The podcast will be available in the News section in My Client Space.
