The following claims can be made online:
- Death
- Disability Except for coverage obtained through a vehicle dealership
- Accidental fracture Except for Accifamily and Peek-a-Boo insurance
- Accidental dismemberment or loss of use of a limb
- Hospitalization fees and home health care expenses
- Paramedical costs resulting from an accident
- Critical Illness
- Accelerated death benefit To request an advance on the insurance coverage
- Coverage obtained through a vehicle dealership Life, disability or critical illness
The following claims cannot be made online:
Accident insurance (Accifamily, Peek-a-Boo)Extended medical care for Superior Program
