Industrial Alliance—a new member of Finance Montréal

Finance Montréal announced today that Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. (Industrial Alliance or iA Financial Group) is joining the organization as a new Governor Member.

Finance Montréal announced today that Industrial Alliance Insurance
and Financial Services Inc. (Industrial Alliance or iA Financial Group) is joining the organization as a new
Governor Member. Industrial Alliance ranks among Canada's largest insurance companies; it administers
and manages over $111.2 billion in assets, employs close to 5,100 professionals and does business with
a network of almost 25,000 advisors.

Mr. Yvon Charest, President and Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Alliance, is joining
Finance Montréal's Board of Governors. Mr. René Chabot, Executive Vice‐President, CFO and Chief
Actuary, will represent Industrial Alliance on Finance Montréal's Board of Directors. Industrial Alliance
staff members will also take part in certain Finance Montréal projects.
