Industrial Alliance Publishes its Annual Report and Mails the Information Circular for its Annual Meeting
Today, Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. will begin mailing its 2007 Annual Report and Information Circular inviting shareholders and participating policyholders to attend the Company’s next annual general meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at 2:00 p.m., at the Company’s Head Office, at 1080 Grande Allée West, in Quebec City.
The theme of Industrial Alliance’s 2007 Annual Report is EXECUTING THE RIGHT STRATEGY. This theme summarizes the main items that have allowed Industrial Alliance to position itself among the most dynamic financial institutions in Canada. In addition to the message from the Chairman of the Board and the President and Chief Executive Officer’s Report, the 2007 Annual Report contains the management’s discussion and analysis and the consolidated financial statements. The Information Circular contains information about the Company’s annual general meeting.
